Meet & Greet with Phillip McKeough, Community Planning and Development Director, Pittsburgh, PA
As the Director of the Community Planning and Development, Mr. McKeough works with State and local governments and non-profits to ensure their Federal grant programs comply with its respective regulatory requirements. Mr. McKeough took over as CPD Director in September 2019 and is very excited to meet conference attendees and CPD funded programs at the WV Annual Conference to End Homelessness. See Mr. McKeough in the Exhibit Hall on April 1st!
